Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-23
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WillYou, operated by WillYou. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use WillYou.
1. What WillYou does
WillYou lets you create a personal card asking someone a question (for example "Will you be my Valentine?" or "Will you go out with me?"), generates a private link, optionally emails it to your chosen recipient, and notifies you if they answer "yes".
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use WillYou.
3. Acceptable use
- You must have a genuine, personal reason to contact the recipient.
- You confirm you are entitled to send a message to the recipient's email address and that doing so does not violate any law.
- You must not use WillYou for harassment, stalking, spam, bulk or automated sending, or to send unlawful, hateful, threatening, deceptive or sexually explicit content.
- You must not attempt to disrupt, abuse or reverse-engineer the service.
We may remove content and suspend access that breaches these rules.
4. Payments
Creating a card costs a small one-time fee (for example $1 for the classic card and $2 for the playful "can't say no" card; prices and taxes may vary and are shown before payment). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
5. Refunds
A card is a digital product delivered immediately. By completing payment you ask us to deliver it right away and acknowledge that, once the card link is created, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies. If something went wrong (e.g. the card was not created), contact [email protected] and we will make it right.
6. Link validity
A card link stays active for 90 days from creation, after which it expires and is removed.
7. Your content
You are responsible for the message and details you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content for the sole purpose of delivering the card to your recipient and operating the service.
8. Disclaimers
WillYou is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that a recipient will open the card, that email will not be filtered as spam, or - of course - that the answer will be "yes". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WillYou is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
